Prescription: Once your prescription has been approved, your eyewear arrives at your door within 5-15 business days. We will provide you with updates on the progress of your order.
What is your Return and Exchange Policy?
Non-Prescription Eyewear: Returns & exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Prescription Eyewear: If there are any defects with your eyewear, we are able to provide exchanges for both prescription lenses and frames within 14 days of receiving your order. Because prescription lens are highly customized for each order, we are unable to offer returns for prescription orders
