Return & Exchange Policy
For Non-Prescription Adaptive Sunglasses:
-Adaptive Sunglasses purchased on phantomoptical.com must be returned within 14 business days. Once your eyeglasses are marked delivered by the postal carrier, you will have up to 14-days to return the eyewear.
-Eyewear must be returned in new, unused manner and include frames, lenses, lens cloth and original packaging.
-Any items that are missing or not in new unused condition will either be deducted from the return or the item will be returned back to the customer.
-There is a $8 restocking fee to cover shipping costs for returns.

For Prescription Eyeglasses:
Due to the highly customized nature of prescription lenses, we are unable to process return requests for prescription lens orders.
Exchange Policy:
-Exchanges are allowed within 14 business days from the date of delivery.
-Exchanged items must be unused and in new condition and include all original packaging, lenses, and frames.
-Exchanges can be made for an item of equal value. If the exchange is for an item of greater value, a credit will be applied towards the new exchange.
-There are no fees for exchanges
-We are able to provide exchanges for only frames of the same shape within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at phantomoptical@outlook.com and we will be able to assist you regarding any potential defects from the eyewear.
